Pricing questions

What counts as a search?
One API request against the screening endpoint. A batch request counts each query inside it. Fetching full entity details after a match is included, not double-billed.
What happens when I hit my quota?
Requests return a clear over-quota response — nothing silently degrades. Quotas can be raised mid-cycle by agreement; there are no surprise overage invoices.
Can I cancel or change plans?
Plans are monthly by default and can be changed or cancelled at each cycle. Annual commitments unlock deeper volume discounts.
Do you charge for the source list or schema access?
No. The itemised source list is shared with every evaluating team on request, and the full response schema is public. You should know exactly what you are buying before you pay anything.
