How does the early adopter pricing work?
Early adopters get discounted rates locked in for 12-24 months. Even as we add features, expand coverage, and increase list prices, your rate stays the same. This rewards teams willing to integrate during our beta phase.
What counts as a "search"?
A search is one API call to
/api/v1/entities with search parameters (name, DOB, country). Fetching full
details for a specific entity ID does not count as a search.
Can I change plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing gets you 2 months free (equivalent to ~17% discount). Contact us to set up annual billing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and purchase orders for enterprise customers. All prices are in EUR (€) but we can invoice in USD, GBP, or other currencies upon request.
